Monument record MDO50625 - Possible medieval shrunken settlement, Woolland

Curvilinear banked features on the east side of Woolland are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs and Environment Agency lidar imagery. The features are of uncertain origin but could be earthworks associated with an area of shrunken medieval settlement on this side of Woolland, although some of the features might alternatively be of natural origin. They were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
