Summary

Parallel ditched and banked features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery running across fields to the west of Kate's Copse, Stoke Wake. They are considered to be the remains of a medieval strip field system although some of the features may have earlier (or later) origin. The features cover an area of over 5 ha and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

Parallel ditched and banked features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery running across fields to the west of Kate's Copse, Stoke Wake.
