Monument record MDO50588 - Medieval field system, ridge and furrow, Belchalwell Street, Okeford Fitzpaine

Banked linear features are visible as earthworks to the southwest of Belchalwell Street, Okeford Fitzpaine, on 1940s aerial photographs and Environment Agency lidar imagery. The features are considered to be part of a medieval field system, incorporating fragments of medieval strip field and ridge and furrow of medieval origin. They were digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
