Summary

Fragments of banked field boundaries are visible as very low earthworks on lidar imagery on the west and south facing slopes to the east of Hewish Farm, Milton Abbas, The features are of uncertain date, they may be of medieval origin however an earlier Iron Age or Roman origin is possible. The features cover an area of 3.4 ha; they were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
