Full Description
Fragments of a banked field system are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery under trees within Combe Plantation to the east of King Edward's Drive, Milton Abbas. The boundaries are of uncertain date, they may be of medieval or post medieval origin however an earlier Iron Age or Roman origin is possible. The features cover an area of 1.6 ha; they were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
