Full Description
A series of low parallel banks are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the southwest of Winterborne Houghton village. The features are considered to be the remains of medieval strip fields and strip lynchets, they cover an area of 8 ha and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM Project.
