A series of low parallel banks are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the southeast of Winterborne Houghton village. The features are considered to be the remains of medieval strip fields, they cover an area of over 4 ha and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM Project.
