Summary

Fragments of a banked field system are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the north west of Winterborne Houghton village. The features are considered to be of later prehistoric origin but are likely to have been reused in the medieval period; they cover an area of 26 ha and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM Project.
