Full Description
An area of disturbed ground containing deeper pockets and hollows within and adjacent to Fox Allers Copse, Stoke Wake, is visible as earthworks on current Environment Agency lidar imagery (EA 2018). The features might be post medieval chalk pits and shallow chalk extraction and were digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
