Summary

The potential site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as a low earthwork mound on lidar imagery close to the brow of the hill on Hoggen Down, Milton Abbas. The feature is 10m across and was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project, it is one of a pair of mounds, the other being described in MDO50405.

The potential site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as a low earthwork mound on lidar imagery close to the brow of the hill on Hoggen Down, Milton Abbas. The feature is 17m across and was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project, it is one of a pair of mounds, the other being described in MDO50405.
