Full Description
A scatter of hollows is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery under trees within Cliff Wood, Winterborne Whitechurch. They are considered likely to be post medieval extractive pits (possibly for chalk) and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM Project.
