Full Description
A linear series of hollows is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery situated between the 120m and 125m contour on the northwest and west facing slopes to the south of Milton Abbas village; they are considered likely to be post medieval extractive pits (possibly for chalk) and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM Project.
