Full Description
Fragments of a field system are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery (Environment Agency 2023) to either side of the steep dry valley situated to the east of Nettlecombe Farm, Melcombe Horsey. The features cover an area of over 10 hectares and are potentially of later prehistoric origin; they were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
