Full Description

A Bronze Age bowl barrow, part of the Culliford Tree barrow group, a dispersed linear group of barrows ranged along part of the Dorset Ridgeway and incorporating the Broadmayne bank barrow. The round barrow is circa 21 metres in diameter and 2.7 metres in height, with someminor damage. It lies close to the northern side of the bank barrow, at about its midpoint. Listed by Grinsell as Broadmayne 4 and by RCHME as Broadmayne 23. <1-2>
