Summary

A possible medieval field boundary to the south of Turnworth Farm, Turnworth, is visible as an earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs and current Environment Agency lidar imagery. The feature encloses a small squarish plot at the northwest end of a row of similar size plots forming the west side of Turnworth village. It was digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

A possible medieval field boundary to the south of Turnworth Farm, Turnworth, is visible as an earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs and current Environment Agency lidar imagery (RAF 1947; EA 2018). The feature encloses a small squarish plot at the northwest end of a row of similar size plots forming the west side of Turnworth village. It was digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
