Summary
An area of parallel linear features are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the west of Cheselbourne Mill, Cheselbourne. They overlie the field boundaries described in MDO50023 and are considered likely to be the remains of medieval ridge and furrow cultivation ridges, they were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

Full Description
An area of parallel linear features are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the west of Cheselbourne Mill, Cheselbourne. They overlie the field boundaries described in MDO50023 and are considered likely to be the remains of medieval ridge and furrow cultivation ridges, they were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
