Full Description

A Bronze Age bowl barrow, part of the Culliford Tree barrow group, a dispersed linear group of barrows ranged along part of the Dorset Ridgeway and incorporating the Broadmayne bank barrow (SY 78 NW 7). The round barrow, circa 26 metres by 21.5 metres across and up to 3.5 metres high, lies immediately to the north of the bank barrow, towards its western end, the southern edge of the barrow just on the lip of the bank barrow's surrounding ditch. <1-2>
