Full Description
A small oval mound is visible as a banked earthwork on the southeast edge of Stickland Wood, Winterborne Stickland, on Environment Agency lidar imagery (EA 2018). The feature is of uncertain origin but might be a small Bronze Age barrow mound; it lies just over 110m northwest of a larger bowl barrow (MDO5303). It was digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
