A post medieval extractive pit is visible as a sub-circular ditched earthwork to the southwest of Hedge End Farm, Winterborne Stickland, on Environment Agency lidar imagery. The feature is recorded as an old 'flint' pit on the OS Epoch 1 25 inch map of c1880. It was digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

A post medieval extractive pit is visible as a sub-circular ditched earthwork to the southwest of Hedge End Farm, Winterborne Stickland, on Environment Agency lidar imagery (EA 2018). The feature is recorded as an old 'flint' pit on the OS Epoch 1 25 inch map of c1880 (OS c1880). It was digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
