Full Description
Three hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery scattered along the top of ridge running to the south of Hilton Hill Buildings, Hilton. They are considered likely to be post medieval extractive pits (possibly for chalk) and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.(EA 2023).
