An Old Flint Pit is marked on the OS 1st edition map to the east of Aller, Hilton (OS 1885). It is one of two hollows visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in the vicinity which were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project (EA 2023).
