Full Description
A small square structure set within an earthwork bank is marked on the OS 1st edition map immediately to the north of the Iron Age cross dyke described in MDO1690. The feature is visible on lidar imagery as a square hollow 11m across with a bank on three sides. The structure is of uncertain function but assumed to be of post medieval date, it was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project. (OS 1888, Environment Agency 2023)
