Summary

A ditched and banked linear feature is visible as an earthwork on the west side of Hod Hill on Environment Agency lidar imagery. The feature could be a section of hollow way or trackway of uncertain date, but possibly later prehistoric in origin. Alternatively it might be medieval to post medieval in date. The features were digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

A ditched and banked linear feature is visible as an earthwork on the west side of Hod Hill on Environment Agency lidar imagery (EA 2018). The feature could be a section of hollow way or trackway of uncertain date, but possibly later prehistoric in origin. Alternatively it might be medieval to post medieval in date. The features were digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
