Full Description
Linear banked features to the northeast of Ash, Stourpaine, are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery (EA 2018). The features run both along and counter to the contours and could be lynchets and field boundaries of predominantly medieval date (MDO4804), which might include both earlier and later features. They were digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
