Full Description
A series of perpendicular ditched featues are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery on the east bank of the River Piddle to the south of Alton Mill. The features are considered to be the remains of a medieval or post medieval water meadow or drainage system; they were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
