Full Description
A slightly curvilinear ditched feature is visible as an earthwork to the southwest of Child Okeford on 1940s aerial photographs and Environment Agency lidar imagery (RAF 1947; EA 2018). The feature sub-divides a historic field plot recorded on the OS Epoch 1 25 inch c1880s map and might be a field boundary of potentially medieval origin. The feature was digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
