Full Description
The plough-levelled remains of a rectilinear banked field system are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in the field to the south of Tockenhill Coppice, Piddletrenthide. The features cover an area of over 9 hectares and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project; they are possibly Iron Age or Roman in origin. (Environment Agency 2023)
