Summary
A small post medieval drainage system is visible as earthworks to the southeast of Okeford Fitzpaine on 1940s aerial photographs. The feature is located next to a spring and may be associated with an area of post medieval extraction (MDO49681). It was digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

Full Description
A small post medieval drainage system is visible as earthworks to the southeast of Okeford Fitzpaine on 1940s aerial photographs (RAF 1947). The feature is located next to a spring and may be associated with an area of post medieval extraction (MDO49681). It was digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project. The feature is no longer visible on current lidar imagery.
