Monument record MDO49639 - Post medieval drainage system, Shillingstone

An area of post medieval drainage ditches and drainage systems is visible as earthworks to the south of Shillingstone on 1940s aerial photographs and Environment Agency lidar imagery. The features overlie an area of medieval field system (MDO49562) and some of the feature might form contemporary or later field boundaries within this. They were digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
