An area of post medieval drainage ditches and drainage systems is visible as earthworks along a section of the River Stour to the south of Hanford on aerial photographs and Environment Agency lidar imagery (RAF 1970; EA 2018). The feature was digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
