A medieval strip field system (with associated traces of ridge and furrow cultivation) is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the south of Kithill Plantation, Piddletrenthide. The features cover an area of over 17 hectares and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

A medieval strip field system (with associated traces of ridge and furrow cultivation) is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the south of Kithill Plantation, Piddletrenthide.
