Full Description
Fragments of a banked field system are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the south east of Alton Dairy Farm, Alton Pancras. The features are considered most likely to be medieval or post medieval in date although an earlier origin for some of the boundaries is possible. The site was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.(Environment Agency 2021)
