Summary

A sub-circular mound is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north of Drake's Lane, Cheselbourne. It is situated adjacent to a prehistoric field boundary and may be a Bronze Age barrow predating the wider field system. The feature is 12m across and was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

A sub-circular mound is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north of Drake's Lane, Cheselbourne. It is situated adjacent to a prehistoric field boundary and may be a Bronze Age barrow predating the wider field system.
