Summary

A sub-circular mound is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the south west of Lyscombe Bottom, Cheselbourne. It is situated on a prominent southward sloping ridge and may be the site of a Bronze Age barrow. The feature is 15m across and was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

A sub-circular mound is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the south west of Lyscombe Bottom, Cheselbourne. It is situated on a prominent southward sloping ridge and may be the site of a Bronze Age barrow. The feature is 15m across and was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
