Summary

The potential site of a plough-levelled round barrow is visible as cropmarks and low earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery to the south of Thorncombe Farm, Cheselbourne. The feature is visible as a low mound, 17m across, with traces of an external ditch. The feature was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

The potential site of a plough-levelled round barrow is visible as cropmarks and low earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery to the south of Thorncombe Farm, Cheselbourne.
