Full Description
A single hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery towards the north east edge of Aldermore Copse, Melcombe Horsey. The feature is considered likely to be the result of post medieval extraction (possibly for chalk) and was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM Project, Environment Agency 2021 (1).
