Full Description
A scatter of hollows is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery within Sandy Hole Hanging, Melcombe Horsey. The features are considered likely to be the result of post medieval extraction (possibly for chalk) and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM Project, Environment Agency 2021 (1).
