Summary
A linear scatter of small hollows is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the south of Cony-gar Copse, Melcombe Horsey. The features are considered likely to be the result of post medieval extraction (possibly for chalk) and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM Project.

Full Description
A linear scatter of small hollows is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the south of Cony-gar Copse, Melcombe Horsey. The features are considered likely to be the result of post medieval extraction (possibly for chalk) and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM Project.
