Summary
Linear banks are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery to the north of South Lodge, Stepleton Iwerne. The features form a series of small rectilinear enclosures on the north side of a possible trackway and might be part of a small area of deserted medieval settlement. They were digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

Full Description
Linear banks are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery to the north of South Lodge, Stepleton Iwerne (EA 2018). The features form a series of small rectilinear enclosures across an area approximately 76m by 78m, located on the north side of a possible trackway. They might be part of a small area of deserted medieval settlement and were digitally plotted during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
