Full Description
A hollow is marked as 'Old Chalk Pit' on the Ordnance Survey 1st edition map within Cony-gar Copse, Melcombe Horsey (OS1888 (1)). It is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM Project, it is one of an number of small hollows at this end of the Copse.
