Summary

Nine small round mounds, each approximately 4m across, are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the south of Brockhampton Green, Buckland Newton. They are presumably of medieval or post medieval date, possibly associated with the drainage system described in MDO49284. The features were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

Nine small round mounds, each approximately 4m across, are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the south of Brockhampton Green, Buckland Newton. They are presumably of medieval or post medieval date, possibly associated with the drainage system described in MDO49284.
