Full Description
Four hollows are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery in two fields to the west of the Gas Distribution Station, Mappowder. The features were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project and are considered likely to be the sites of post medieval chalk pits.(1).
