Summary
A series of bank and ditched field boundaries are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the west and southwest of Brockhampton Green, Buckland Newton. The features are considered likely to be of medieval or post medieval date and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project. They extend across an area of over 11 hectares and are overlain by fragments of a post medieval drainage system.

Full Description
Parallel banked field boundaries are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the east of Brockhampton Green, Buckland Newton. The features are considered likely to be of medieval or post medieval date and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project. They extend across an area of over 2 hectares.(1)
