Listed Building record MDO49157 - Leopard Cottage, West Milton, Powerstock

A house built in the late eighteenth century with later additions and alterations. The building has rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof with stone gable copings and brick chimney stacks.

‘The following monuments, unless otherwise described, are of the 17th century and of two storeys; the walls are of rubble and the roofs are thatched or covered with modern materials. Some of the buildings have exposed ceiling-beams and original fireplaces. … (24) Cottage, on the E. side of the road, 120 yards N. of W. Milton old chapel.’
