Summary

Archaeological evaluation by AC archaeology in 2005 in advance of development revealed evidence of medieval occupation in the form of a cut feature, possibly a pit, containing medieval pottery and a layer interpreted as a buried medieval soil, possibly derived from former agricultural use of the land.
