A bowl barrow situated on a gentle north east-facing slope. In 1978 the barrow was recorded as being around eleven metres in diameter and the mound composed of flint nodules

(ST 90831438) A bowl barrow. Diameter 30 feet, height 2 feet. <1> <3>

ST 90831438 A well preserved bowl barrow situated on a gentle northeast facing slope of Earl's Hill in dense coppice. It appears undisturbed, and is composed of fist-sized flint modules and earth; it has a diameter of 11.0m and a maximum height of 1.0m, on the downhill side. There is no visible ditch. 14.0m to the northeast of this barrow is a small mound of barrow-like appearance, diameter 4.0m maximum height 0.4m, being composed of similar material again with no visible ditch. Probably a tumulus. Divorced survey at 1:2500 on OS 495. <4>
