Outbuilding E of the Villa Figures 97, 98 and 99 <1>
Brick outbuilding that served as a wash house with a fireplace and copper at its south end. Mainly stretcher bond with some header bricks. The building appears to have been subject to rebuilding, the north gable probably being the earliest element.
Roofless. Window opening and door in W elevation, all joinery lost. Remains of a small building attached to the E side.

A group of three rectilinear buildings are shown on the 25 inch OS map of 1889.
