'March 20. Lyme. Anthony Thorold to Williamson...Since the last great storm there is much wreck on this coast and at Charmouth some dead men came ashore. We judge it to be an Irish vessel from St. Malo. The merchant of her some of our people pretend to know, having besides his crucifix some other signals...' (1)
