Full Description
SU 0275 1043. Eight Bronze Age round barrows are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs and have been mapped by EH's Knowlton Circles Project. The barrows are located between SU 0275 1033 and SU 0275 1053; each is defined by a single circular ditch with diameters ranging from 15.7m to 28.6m. They are part of the extensive barrow cemetery known as the Knowlton Circles Barrow Group. (1-2)
