Full Description

A socketed axe from Milborne St Andrew, is ornamented with three fillets on each side and united by a ridge at the upper end. Now in the Dorset County Museum. Given by J C Mansell-Pleydell. Acc. No. 1884.8.1. (1-2)

No information was obtained during field investigation whereby the find-spot of this axe could be located. (3)
